Our flow-thru washers are popular for cleaning large garbage containers, medical waste bins and large metal parts. Small parts or containers can also be washed while inside our custom baskets. Completely customizable and available in all stainless steel. Spray manifolds on the top, bottom and sides contain stationary brass or stainless steel spray nozzles with powerful 45-60 psi spraying power that doesn't miss a spot. Wash and rinse water tanks are heated with your choice of natural gas, propane or electric heating elements. Water is blown away with 5 HP blow-off motors at the end of the wash so everything comes out dry.

Our Shakers are the best vibratory cleaners around. Available in 4 to 15 cubic ft. configurations with sound dampening material to keep the noise down, these machines will quietly degrease, deburr and polish metal parts to perfection. Custom sizes are also available.

ARE Industries brake deliner machines will quickly and effortlessly derivet and remove brake material from heavy-duty brake shoes. Mandrels can be changed to different sizes just by removing a couple of pins so nearly any heavy-duty brake can be delined. The cutting blades are heat treated for longer life and when they finally wear out replacing them is simple. Our brake deliners are manually operated using two levers, one for the blade and the other for the mandrel.

The best option for retrieving precious metals from a catalytic converter is with an ARE Industries Catalytic Shear machine. The 34" thick V-shaped blade on our catalytic shear machine easily cuts through a catalytic converter like soft butter and can be re-sharpened for long life. A.R.E. Industries Tumble Blasters or "Airless Shot Blasters" come in different capacities, from 2.5 cubic feet to 20 cubic feet with custom sizes also available. Place parts into the rotating basket that get blasted with media of your choice, removing rust and paint contaminants within minutes. Our shot blaster cabinets are built to last with 7 guage steel and a replaceable urethane lining that leaves no exposed metal. The baskets are made with heat treated heavy-duty bar grating and the bearings have protective covers. Available with either attached or free standing dust collectors .

A.R.E. Industries dust collectors are available either free standing or attached to the machine directly. Each dust collector is built to last with 12 gauge steel and high quality blower motors. All of our dust collectors include an external handle to manually shake up the replaceable filter bags that are inside. Our dust collectors can help keep your shop clean by sucking out and filtering air from the machine it's connected to.
