Two different scales are used for monofilament meshes, one for USA mesh counts from 100 to 240, and metric counts from 40 to 95; the other for those USA counts from 200 to 480, and metric counts from 78 to 190. Multifilament chart determines mesh counts from 6XX to 25XX, USA halftone counts from 55 to 200 and metric halftone numbers from 21 to 78. The adjustable frame clamps tightly grip square and round frames to ensure rigidity. The Big Gripper 2 pivots accurately because its bore is machined directly into its unique body design. Print repeatability and precise registration are assured.

The Big Gripper 2 Screen Frame Clamping System handles frames from a minimum of one inch high to a maximum of two inches high - standard. For shorter frames, inquire about our specially-made studs, custom-sized to fit your smallershorter frames. The Big Gripper 2 is used for single or multicolor jobs. A.W.T.'s Tornado Ink Mixer & Color Blender is ideal for mixing matched colors, adding pigments such as glitter or fluorescent color to bases, and for assuring proper blending of reducers and other modifiers. The unique design of the Tornado saves time by mixing right in the original container. Vertical adjustment prevents blade from scraping the bottom of the container.

Adjustable self-centering locking clamps on the turntable accommodate both metal cans and plastic containers. A.W.T. offers a high-quality, temperature reading kit to accurately measure dryer temperatures in your hot air, infrared, quartz, or UV dryer. This instrument allows you to make sure the temperature is uniform throughout your drying system. This information is essential to ensure that your inks are not under or over-cured and your substrates are not adversely affected.

The heavy-duty model has a high-impact ABS plastic housing and waterproof seal. Each unit includes a probe with a 15-foot cable length to accommodate the heating section of your dryer. An optional probe with 40' cable is also available.

Power-King pressure washers are investments in productivity, with the power to significantly reduce screen cleaning and emulsion removal operations. The high-pressure directed spray will washout unexposed emulsion, hardened direct emulsions, blockouts and water-soluble films from polyester, stainless steel, nylon, silk or other common meshes. Stainless Steel Wire Fabric Imported Directly from Germany
Recommended for sharp close tolerance printing. Applications include micro-circuits, PC boards, 4-color process, electronic parts and thermoplastic colors used for decorating ceramic or plastic containers. Carries electric current for hot-ink printing. Excellent permanent screen due to superior tensile strength of 32 tons per square inch (45 kg per sq. mm). Finest German woven quality.

Nylon Monofilament Fabric
Monofilament nylon is the choice when printing flexibility is required. Used especially for printing on 3-D and other irregular surfaces. Pre-stretched and heat-set, nylon is strong and highly abrasion-resistant for any length run. Available in white or colors. Not recommended for 4-color process.

Silk
Original fiber used in manufacturing screen printing fabric still gets preference today in specialty areas. Our highest quality silk is available in most mesh numbers and widths.

The Accu-Print High Tech V Long Stroke press has been engineered specifically for the demands of banner printing and other long, large format substrates. This press can be easily set to stop at any height, lateral print stroke direction provides better support for the squeegee and assures a consistent ink lay down for high coverage areas. Unlike conventional long stroke presses, the High-Tech V-LS is designed with parallel peel, an exclusive feature that results in a more consistent flood stroke.

As with other High-Tech V Series presses, the Long Stroke offers micro-processor control of all functions. The Versa-Print is compact and easy to use and understand. Rather than the squeegeeflood assembly moving across the screen, the print stroke results from the screen moving as the cylindrical object rotates in synchronization with the frame. The result is a razor sharp, high resolution image.

This one machine handles thousands of different shapes and piece parts. By simply adding new tooling fixtures, you can print cylinders, conical, flats and more.

All setups are user friendly. Our standard squeegeeflood bar chopper assembly requires no tools for settings. Linear bearings keep the print action smooth and quiet. The squeegeeflood chopper assembly can print with or without a flood stroke. There are independent squeegee and flood speed controls. Micro-registration, standard on all machines, ensures excellent printed results.

Variable squeegeeflood bar speed controls are adjusted by simply turning a dial.

Compatible with metal or wooden frames and any standard fastening method you choose, the Easy-Stretch system is reliable and easy to use. For extra speed, choose the swivel base (not recommended for units over 48 x 48" - 122 x 122 cm) and Tension Quick speed knob options. Each one of the fourteen available models adjusts easily to accommodate a wide range of screen sizes. Designed for In-line flash curing at print stations of the Auto-Tex, American Centurian, and American X-press ( can retrofit to other machines ). The Q-Flash can replace a print head or the stand alone unit can operate over an open pallet. The flash cure cycle is electronically synchronized with press production for the ultimate in effective, efficient operation and streamlined production.

As the indexer starts moving into the print position, The Q-Flash heating section shifts into the high power mode and reaches maximum temperature when the indexer reaches the next print position. The Q-Flash uses Quartz tubes which reach curing temperatures in just seconds. The variable speed blower provides even distribution of hot air over the printing pallet while printing and increases curing speed.

The Q-Flash switched to a low-power standby mode while the machine is not indexing. If the indexer stays in the print position longer than the dwell timer on the Q-Flash is set for, it automatically shifts to standby mode. When in standby mode, the air flow helps reduce pallet temperatures.

Upfront controls on the Q-Flash are easily accessed or the unit can be controlled from the Auto-Tex control panel. Sectional curing is available for flash curing smaller print areas. 1.) Cord: pre-grooved to accept most types of cord, however A.W.T. manufactures the proper cord diameters.

2.) Staple: staple tape is used for stapling onto smooth surface of frame. Most staples then can be removed with only slight tug on tape. A.W.T. also stocks Staple Tape.

3.) Liquid Seal Fabric to Frame Adhesive: adhesive is applied to seal frame on it's flat side. Next mesh is stretched over frame and a second coat of adhesive is applied. Liquid Seal dries very quickly and can also be used to seal wood frames.

Reduce your ink costs and improve print quality by always using sharp squeegee blades. Instant clamps easily lock the squeegee blade into parallel position for precise sharpening.

Diamond wheel sharpening heads produce square, center sharp and rounded edges in course, medium and fine grits. Sharpening heads are oversized to operate at fewer revolutions per minute while reducing the level of heat friction that can destroy squeegee rubber. A.W.T.'s Press-Mate Ink Feeding System dispenses controlled amounts of conventional or U.V. inks and coatings to any press for uninterrupted production.

Affix the feed tubes to your press and the system will relay inks and coatings when and where you want them in properly measured amounts. To change colors, simply open up the chamber, take out the container of ink, and replace it with a different color. Ink flow is controlled either manually by foot pedal, or automatically by variable adjustable ink control valve system. Since the feed tubes are in air-tight chambers, the Press-Mate requires very little clean-up.

Both manual or automatic Press-Mate units come standard with a regulator valve and pressure gauge, three 10-foot-long tubes for ink feeding, pressure chamber and cover, and air motor. Depending on the model, the unit will handle most any size and shape container up to 5 gallons (19 liters).

The A.W.T. Seri-Glide One-Man Squeegee offers an economical solution for short run, high quality screen printing jobs. The all-aluminum Stay-Flat vacuum table provides a flat, warp-proof printing surface. The vacuum hold-down is powered by a maintenance-free quiet motor. the quietest in the industry. Vacuum OnOff is easily controlled by an up front hand lever; the system also features adjustable blowback. Both screen holders and squeegee assembly are counter-balanced, providing easy screen lift and effortless printing action.
