Ace Seal manufactures custom o-rings that won’t limit you to common industry o-ring sizes, we design and manufacture a wide range of o-ring sizes to accommodate your static or dynamic applications. Ace Seal’s available elastomers include Flourocarbon (Viton®), Silicone, Nitrile (Buna-N), EPDM, PTFE, Perfluoroelastomers (Kalrez®, Simriz®, Chemraz®), PTFE Encapsulated Viton & Silicone, Neoprene, Aflas®, and Polyurethane. Dimensions of the O-ring are defined by inside diameter (ID) and the cross section (CS). Ace Seal’s impressive inventory includes a comprehensive choice of elastomers and o-ring sizes for standard, metric & special applications and allows for o-rings to seal practically any application.

Spliced and vulcanized o-rings are a viable solution when standard o-rings cannot be used. Spliced o-rings are made from extruded o-ring cord and then vulcanized to form the o-ring size (ID) required. Ace Seal provides seamless spliced English & Metric O-Rings in all of the standard materials in a variety of cross sections, as well as Splicing Kits. In addition to Spliced & Vulcanized o-rings, Ace Seal also offers Quad Rings, Parker O-Rings and Back-Up Rings in all common materials. Spliced o-rings are made from extruded cord and then vulcanized to form the o-ring size (ID) required. This process allows for custom sizes larger than standard molded o-rings.
