Product Description PolyCore™ is the newest addition to the PolyPro™ Series of products brought to you exclusively by AMD. PolyCore is polypropylene based and manufactured into a flexible semi-rigid panel. PolyCore is non-fibrous, water resistant, and durable enough to be used indoors or out. This is an excellent choice for acoustical and sound dampening applications. Fire rating for the PolyPro Series of products is Class A under the ASTM E84 testing process. Additionally, the PolyPro series of products does not support the growth of bacteria, fungus or mold and is washable with light detergents and can also be pressure washed. The lightweight and resilience of PolyCore makes installation easy; it can be field or factory cut into simple or complex designs and shapes for the perfect fit into virtually any application.

Silent Sound is a high performance acoustical material made from recycled cotton. This product is ideal for noise control applications. Silent Sound can be used as an acoustic wall panel or hanging baffle. Common applications are school gyms, classrooms, lunch rooms and any application where a high performance noise control product is needed. Silent Sound is eligible for LEED™ credits, Class A fire rated and 100% recyclable. Edges Chemically hardened edges to reinforce panel perimeter against warping and damage (Aluminum edge available). Finish Acoustically transparent 100% woven polyester, 66″ wide, 2-ply, 16 ounce fabric. The fabric is bonded directly to the panel face with all edges wrapped a minimum of 1 ½” to the back of the panel to ensure a flat, wrinkle-free surface with tailored corners. When used to line compartments, machine enclosures or airvents, these foam panels help reduce the high noise levels by absorbing the sound energy around and within the space. PROSPEC Foam panels can be adhered to a partition or wall facing the noise source to lessen the reverberation and sound reflections. The Hypalon®-coated, SONEX® Mini sculpted surface is resistant to water, oils, and solvents. PROSPEC Foam is a great noise reduction solution for applications such as : boilers, pumps, compressors, HVAC equipment, generators, routers, and saws.

PROSPEC Barriers are an ideal solution for isolating noise and minimizing sound tranmission through walls and or ceilings. Hang it like a curtain, weave it inside a wall cavity, or mount it over an existing wall to help contain noise. Three different styles are availble to best suite your application. Reinforced barrier has an interior mesh-like material allowing it to be hung like a curtain around the noise source. Office spaces use this barrier as a wall extension from the wallceiling junction up through the plenum to the deck. Install it as a partition between manufacturing cells or around machines to help prevent the noise from reverberating through adjacent areas.
