Plastic Fan Blades can be manufactured using one of our Pre-Tooled Plastic Fan Blade molds. This method saves mold development time and money by using our existing tooling inventory. We design and manufacture high quality custom plastic fans that meet your exact specifications. We use innovative manufacturing facilities to produce plastic fans and fan blade products that give you maximum durability and high performance. Our Plastic Fan Blade molds range from 1.375" to 18.300" diameter with many different types of configurations including rotational direction, number of blades and different fan blade pitches. Our current tooling list includes fans with sizes ranging from 1.375” to 18.300”. All of our plastic fans and plastic fan blades are injection molded and offer excellent rigidity and standardization. Rapid and continuous production of plastic fans and fan blades with high performance exceeding expectations is our specialty.

Advanced Air offers Plastic Blower Wheels and Plastic Blowers in a variety of sizes, shapes, designs and configurations. Blowers wheels are typically used in fans to produce air at high volume and low pressure. The air is forced to come out along the width of the fan. Plastic blower wheels can be custom manufactured to your exact specifications or made from one of our Pre-Tooled Plastic Impeller molds. This "Pre-tooled" method saves mold development time and money by using our existing tooling inventory. Also, the time from placement of order to delivery of actual parts is significantly reduced. Blowers are used in almost all types of fans including axial fans, centrifugal fans and exhaust fans to blow air in or out. Blower Wheel applications include drying, cooling, suction and exhaust operations.

Our Plastic Impeller molds range from 1.870" x 0.350" to 4.750" x 0.740" with many different types of configurations including rotational direction and straight or backward curved blades. All of our plastic impellers are injection molded and offer excellent rigidity and standardization. Rapid and continuous production of plastic fans and fan blades with high performance exceeding expectations is our specialty.
