We are proud to offer a full range of surface mount taping capabilities, and not just for the everyday components. We process components as small as 0201 chips as well as giant connectors, metal stampings, PLCC 100's, MLP's, Large QFP's, MicroBGA's weird oddform parts and things that don't even have a real name. We tape from 1 part to millions and can handle components over 7" long and over 1" deep!

Embossed surface mount carrier tape provides needed protection to delicate and ESD sensitive components and other devices from physical and electro-static discharge (ESD) damage during shipping and storage. Carrier tape is the preferred medium for presenting components to pick-and-place machines for automatic placement onto circuit boards, and also for safe storage of components. A.C.T is proud to offer custom and standard carrier tapes designed to fit your needs. We take great care in designing and manufacturing carrier tapes for everything from 0201 diodes to deep draw complex components. With in house design and manufacturing of our tooling we can provide tooling for carrier in days instead of weeks, thus reducing your turn time.
