Y-Cable Adapter (PN 05-018014) This 3 FT headphone adapter cable manufactured by Aegisound includes two U-78U connectors connected through a Y-interface to one U-77U connector on the other end for adapting two headsets to intercommunication systems. This cable assembly meets MIL-STD-461 RE102 and Rs103 (200 Vm) requirements as well as MIL-STD-1686 for equipment without attenas. It maintains 60 dB of electostatic isolation between 5 kHz and 20 kHz, and is a rugged design for extreme envrionments.

Argonaut DHP Communcation Headset (NSN and PN are absed on radio connection) The Argonaut double hearing protection (DHP) communications headset is an advanced system designed for maximum performance in harsh industrial and military noise fields as high as 130 dB. The digital noise canceling microphone technology employed in this system is designed to offer maximum speech intelligibility in the most extreme noise envrionments. Both muzzle and boom microhone (shown) versions are available, along with a variety of radio interfaces. Coupled with our LPCCE communications earplugs, this completely integrated double hearing protector offers excellent protection from noise and simultaneous clear communications. Argonaut IC2 Remote Speaker Microphone (RSM) with Motorola r765is Radio Connector(PN 05-030XXX) The Argonaut IC2 RSM is the second generation of our industrial digital noise canceling microphone technology built into a remote speaker microphone housing. This close-talking microphone will deliver clear communications in extreme broadband noise fields up to and exceeding 125+dB. When coupled with our communication earplugs and a circumaural hearing protector (such as Aegisound's DC2), the hearing protection and communication performance of the system is excellent.

Low Profile Custom Communication Earplugs (LPCCE) (PN 05-016020) Our low-profile Custom Communication Earplugs (LPCCE), are a custom molded earplug alternative to generic foam and plastic tips used on the ArgonautTM Communication earplugs (PN 05-016017), Aegisound's stereo communication earplugs (PN's 05-016025) and C15 models (sold separately by Communication & Ear Protection, Inc.). These digitally manufactured custom earplugs provide consistent fit, fast removal and insertion, and are resistant to salt-fog, fungus, jet fuel, hydraulic fulid and other Military specified chemicals. They may be cleaned with soap and water. Because Aegisound saves digital earplug files, identical replacement custom earplugs may be reordered with a discount. The LPCCE comes with a passive tether (PN 05-016038) so that the earplugs may be worn as a hearing protector when use with communications earplugs is not required.

CTE30X Custom Solid Coiled, Tethered Earplugs(PN 05-001003) Aegisound's CTE30X Custom Solid Coiled Tethered Earplugs are state-of-the-art custom molded hearing protectors for individuals working in extreme noise environments. CTE30X earplugs separate and clip into the cups of Aegisound's DC2 circumural hearing protectors to reduce FOD hazards for an integraded double hearing protection system. Using deep ear impressions of the user's ear, Aegisound manufactures custom earplugs that offer a blend between comfort and extreme noise attenuation.

Traditional head protectors and construction hardhats do not offer the ability to wear over-the-head hearing protection while maintaining impact rating requirements. After prolonged earmuff use, earseals can lose elasticity, become torn or soiled, or otherwise require replacement. Aegisound's replacement earseals are compatible with Aegisound's Argonaut DHP, DANR DHP, and DANR DHPC circumaural earmuffs as well as most fielded U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force earmuffs. Naval support personnel on the U.S.S. Iwo Jima and U.S.S. Roosevelt rated the upgraded earseals during a three-month trial. 10 out of 10 users rated Aegisound's earseals as more comfortable than the standard vinyl earseals.
