Aero Space Controls produces aircraft Linear and Rotary Actuators to control movement in many applications, such as trim tab, cowl flap, louver, valve actuation, duct butterfly actuation, rudder pedal adjust, and many others.

Aero Space Controls produces Evaporators and Blowers as components of air conditioning and ventilation systems. Temperature Sensors provide cabin temperature data to environmental systems controllers.

Aero Space Controls produces a variety of pneumatic valves for shut-off, check, mixing, bleed air, temperature regulating, and pressure regulating applications. Vacuum system regulation and manual rate control valves are also produced. Pneumatic Valve operation can be manual, temperature activated, pressure activated or electromechanical. Aero Space Controls also produces Flow Control Valves (FCV) which utilize bleed air from the engine(s) to provide heat and pressure to the aircraft cabin. The FCVs can be activated by pressure, temperature and pressure, or mechanically operated via an ECS controller.

Aero Space Controls manufactures air conditioning Receiver Dryers in many light weight configurations, which include various plumbing ports, can volumes, can diameters and multiple refrigerant compatibilities.

Aero Space Controls designs and manufactures air conditioning systems, to provide cooling to the cabin, or to heat sensitive, onboard equipment. The system designs can be compact self-contained packages, or individual components located throughout the aircraft, with the option of electric motor or engine driven compressors.

Aero Space Controls produces DC electric motors for a number of applications, including actuator, air conditioning and flap positioning systems. The company has a successful history of producing electric motors for aerospace and defense applications.
