Aerosonic’s air data computers compute a variety of functions such as Static Pressure, Total Pressure, Calibrated Airspeed, Mach, SAT, TAS, Altitude Rate, Airspeed Rate, and Pressure Ratio – any air data function can be added. In some unique applications, equivalent airspeed is calculated instead of calibrated airspeed. The Stall Warning Transmitter (SWT) is an Angle of Attack (AoA) Probe fitted with a built in Stall Warning Computer. The SWT provides Local and Normalized AoA signals for indicators, multifunctional displays, and flight control systems. It also provides outputs for audio warnings, stick shakers, and stick pushers at the appropriate time of the flight envelope. It accepts signals from flaps, spoilers, speed brakes, and other control surfaces and uses them to modify the stall warning characteristic curves.

Our fuselage mounted Static Pressure Ports are engineered to meet or exceed industry specifications to supply ambient static pressure measurements to air data computers, altimeters, airspeed indicators and vertical speed indicators in numerous types of aerospace applications. The Static Pressure Ports’ electrical heating elements prevent ice accretion and water ingestion ensuring the performance of primary flight instruments is not degraded even under the most severe atmospheric conditions.
