We fabricated this lubricating oil filter head for a client from the heavy truck industry. 36, 000 filter heads were annually fabricated from aluminum die cast at our offshore facility in India. With capabilities such as die casting blank parts, machining them to tight tolerance of ± 0.001", and deburring, we manufactured the components to ASME as well as ISO standards. The parts were subjected to in-process inspection using vernier calipers and various micrometers. An air decay leak test was also performed as a part of the inspection process. The components were packaged and delivered to the client as part of our JIT program. The Dry Spindle is used for centrifuges in the Automotive, Mining, Oil Drilling, and Waste Recycling Industries.We made this centrifuge spindle to exact customer specification through precision CNC turning. The spindle was manufactured for use in automotive, mining, oil drilling, and waste recycling applications. To meet high-speed application requirements, 4140 pre hardened steel was used to add durability to the spindle. In addition to turning, we also employed drilling and boring to produce holes on the steel spindle. The part was quality-tested using CMM inspection methods in compliance with ISO 2008 standards. We delivered the dry spindle within a 6-week turnaround.
The Wire Feed Pulley is used for the electric power transmission industry. We manufactured this wire feed pulley from hardened tool steel using CNC turning and grinding processes. This stainless steel pulley was used in electric power transmission applications. As requested by the customer, we created threads and grooves, as well as drilled holes on it. The pulley was machined based on the customer's CAD prints and 3D models. Through turnkey operations, we were able to deliver this product within 9 weeks.
We machined the part seen in the image, an actuating cam used for forming lids in the beverage industry. Tool steel material 1.5" in diameter and 5" in length was used to make these cam actuators. Initially, the part was CNC turned and then ground to close tolerances of ±0.0002". Drilling, boring, grooving, and threading were performed to add holes and other customer-specified features on the actuator cam. The final part was CMM-inspected and supplied to our customers. Both sand casting and CNC machining processes were employed to manufacture this flanged half-differential case. First, a rough cast of the differential case was made from ductile iron using customer's exact CAD data & prints. Features were then CNC machined through milling, turning, slotting, trepanning, and other operations. The case was finally assembled, washed, inspected, packed, and delivered to the customer. To make them corrosion-resistant, a rust preventative paint coating was also applied over the case. This differential case is widely used in front and rear ends of heavy trucks.
