The Airflow Systems series of MistPak® mist collectors, with the MistPlus® Contaminant Management System, introduces proprietary barrier-type media into the air flow path collecting and removing oil mist and dry contaminant without compromising operating efficiency. The full line of Airflow Systems oil mist collectors deliver over 95% filtration efficiency while reducing operating costs, and extending filter life and maintenance cycles.

Many finishing operations generate heavy concentrations of dust or smoke that cannot be adequately handled by source collection and spreads throughout the facility before it can be collected by ambient systems. The Airflow Systems line of dust control booths include a stand-alone PowerBooth™, and a modular Dust Control Booth™ system both designed for grinding, sanding, brazing and welding applications. These dust collection booths create self-contained environments that remove airborne contaminants from worker breathing zones and prevent pollutants from interfering with other in-plant operations. The Airflow Systems Dust Control Booths™ are available with air flows up to 27, 000 CFM and filtration efficiency to 99.97% with HEPA after-filters.

Dry shop pollutants are a major cause of increased equipment and facility maintenance costs. The Airflow Systems full line of cartridge filter dust collectors and media filter, dust collection systems effectively capture welding smoke, fumes, dust, and other airborne contaminants before they reach open work areas. The Airflow Systems industrial dust collectors product line includes portable units for single-station dust collection applications and multi-station dust collectors up to 6900 CFM.

Airborne contaminants produced during manufacturing and processing applications are not always effectively collected with ambient dust collector systems. The Airflow Systems line of portable dust collectors deliver up to 1600 CFM of source collection power anywhere it's needed on the shop floor. These portable dust collectors offer multiple filter options, including: aluminum mesh pre-filters, high-pressure polyester bag filters, and cartridge filters for collection of contaminants from mist and fumes to dust and smoke.

The Airflow Systems V Series industrial dust collector is designed to provide simultaneous, high-powered source capture dust collection of contaminants from multiple work stations. Available in models to 10 HP, air flow capacities to 510 CFM, and vacuum to 100-inches H2O, the V Series dust collectors are powerful enough to handle dust, smoke, and fume collection even with long cable runs common in MIG welding, finish grinding, and solder applications. The Airflow Systems cabinet design gives the V Series dust collection system the lowest noise level available at 74 dBA.

The Airflow Systems line of downdraft tables brings source capture collection efficiency to industrial applications requiring larger, open collection areas and work surfaces. The Airflow Systems downdraft table combines the work surface with the particulate collection area. The downdraft design draws contaminants away from the worker's breathing zone without hindering the worker's movement or productivity. Airflow Systems offers a selection of portable downdraft tables and stationary downdraft tables for most any type of grinding, sanding, and welding application.
