Our team of engineers, programmers and machinists will provide expert assistance with all of your blade requirements. We can work from your sample parts, print specifications, or recommend specifications and designs redesigns.

Power Plant Services manufactures standard and metric fasteners for all makes and models of industrial and power generation applications. Fasteners are manufactured to OEM specifications using equivalent materials and manufacturing processes.

Energy can be obtained from a gas turbine through shaft power or compressed or thrust air. Maintenance needs increase on gas turbines with age and most facilities require a fast turnaround on parts needed for repairs. Power Plant Services (PPS) has the capabilities to manufacture parts to assist you with scheduled and unscheduled outages in a fast, efficient manner with quality replacement parts.PPS can build gas turbine parts from scratch to match your specifications or repair damaged components to OEM specifications. We stock raw materials in our facilities to decrease the amount of time our customers wait for parts to be manufactured and delivered.

Proper maintenance is necessary to continue to allow plants to run in an efficient manner. New and refurbished parts need to be checked during the lifespan of any Pump. Power Plant Services (PPS) manufactures new and refurbished parts for all types of Pumps needed throughout facilities to maintain a Balance of Plant.
