For parts up to 8 mm in diameter, mechanical slide (four-slide, multi-slide, & Verti-slide) equipment can be used to produce a range of part types with maximum efficiency. We work with a variety of materials, with the most common being steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. Any finishing processes such as heat treating, plating, and painting, can be arranged through a trusted vendor.

We manufacture the side shield seat assembly pictured here in an annual volume upwards of 400, 000 units. Comprised of a low carbon steel wire form and stamped bracket, it features welded construction and an electro-coated plated finish. To ensure 100% product conformance, we developed mistake-proof production strategies throughout the entire manufacturing process.

The speaker grille assembly pictured here is an example of the type product we manufacture on a regular basis. It features perforated galvanized steel, high carbon steel spring clips, and polypropylenepolyethylene substrate construction. Primary manufacturing processes included both punch forming and injection molding to create the main components. In additional to dimensional measurement, we conducted rigorous visual inspection to ensure compliance to the color specification no discoloration, scratches, spots, voids, or other imperfections of any kind.

Any heat treating or plating can be facilitated through one of our partner vendors that make up a network of high quality finishing service providers we have vetted through our 60 year presence in the stamping, wire forming, and injection molding industry. We are ISOTS16949:2009 certified and perform multiple quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that all components meet the specified requirements. Lead times are evaluated on a job by job basis, depending on the nature of the project.

Our comprehensive capabilities encompass the entire project life cycle, from design and engineering assistance, to tool making, prototype, production including insertover molding with two-shot capacity, assembly, packaging, and delivery. For assemblies such as assist handles, speaker grills, latch silencers, and fuel door springs, insert molding can provide integrated solutions all produced at All-Rite Industries.

Using low carbon steel, production of the individual components of this shield bracket involved CNC wire forming, four-slide stamping, as well as progressive punch press forming. Our tooling engineers designed and built a specialized Poka-yoke fixture for our precision computer-guided robotic MIG welding cells to ensure weld accuracy on what would ultimately be hundreds of thousands of parts. Due to its ability to evenly coat complex assemblies, we used an e-coat process to achieve the final finish requirements.

We supply this product in multiple sizes and all of the assembly is done right here inside our Lake Zurich facility. This frame consists of an injection molded polypropylenepolyethylene blend frame with stamped high carbon steel spring clips and bushings. Each assembled frame and fastener kit is shipped with a vehicle-specific, color-coordinated bag that we heat seal prior to shipping.

We produce all of our automotive products, including this one, according to automotive and SAE standards. Quality assurance involves spectrophotometer readings to ensure precise color match, flatness and attribute inspections, as well as visual inspections.

We manufacture, assemble, package, and label the assist handle highlighted here completely in-house in a volume in excess of 250, 000 per year. It consists of flexible PVC overmolded onto a stamped, low carbon steel insert as well as injection molded polypropylene components. Color matching the two polymer raw materials is an important aspect towards ensuring the visual continuity of the final product.

Materials of construction included high carbon steel, stainless steel, molybdenum impregnated nylon, and PVCnitrile, while fabrication involved processes such as punch press and four-slide forming. Assembly operations consisted of spot welding, adhesive bonding, and fastener installation. We implement rigorous quality checkpoints into every phase of the project, from first article inspection and in-process checks to a rigorous final assessment for dimensional accuracy, appearance, and functionality.
