The Aquaskim belt type oil skimmer is constructed of Type 304 stainless steel structural components. It includes a 4 wide, stainless steel oil skimmer belt. The belt is driven by a single phase, 115 volt motor with an 18 long cord with three prong plug. A lift-off fiberglass hood covers internal components. Trampfloating oils are discharged from the front of the unit through a 1 NPT coupling.

The Aquamaster E-Series line of compact conveyorized cleaning systems are designed for cellular manufacturing, work cells and limited floor space applications. Efficient and versatile in design, belt, chain and indexing style conveyors are available. Standard configurations range from a single wash process zone to a wash, rinse, rust inhibit, blowoff and dry process zones. The E-series compact conveyorized cleaning systems are designed for cleaning small to medium parts or low profile parts.

The Aquamaster XE line of parts washing systems was designed to incorporate Alliances newest product features. These product designs provide our customers with the most maintenance-friendly parts washing systems on the market today. The XE designs include all of the same standard features and optional accessories as other product lines but they also include some very unique enhancements.

Alliances industrial monorail parts washers are best suited for high-volume production and in-line cleaning applications. Our monorail parts washers maintain all the characteristics of our conveyor belt washers with the only difference being that the parts are transported by an overhead monorail conveyor versus a conveyor belt.

The Alliance conveyorized industrial parts cleaning systems are designed for cleaning pallets and parts being conveyed on pallets via a chain type conveyor. Palletized conveyorized cleaning systems are typically a single rail tabletop style conveyor, designed for shuttling parts in a manufacturing work cell. These systems are commonly used in manufacturing cells for flexible factory automation.
