Our Dry Cure Bacon Lardons are diced pieces of dry cure bacon bellies , they will produce perfect crispy bacon pieces for any recipe requiring bacon.

Our Full Hams are produced from carefully selected pork legs before being Wiltshire cured and matured for a week in brine before being hung to dry and then packaged. They are mild cured and perfect for Christmas or any occasion.

Our Dry Cure Streaky Rashers are cut from bellies that have been cured by hand with our special blend of salt and sugar; they are then matured for one week before being sliced into Rashers. The result is thickly sliced bacon with no shrinkage or residue when cooking, low in salt, perfect for breakfast or as an ingredient in any dish that requires bacon.

Our Certified Organic turkeys are raised outdoors and allowed to grow at their own pace maturing slowly, this
results in meat that is well marbled with a fine texture and more deposits of fat under the skin. As fats heat more
quickly than protein our birds cook more quickly producing a more succulent tender meat. The other aspect to
these unique birds is that the turkeys are fed 100% chemical free certified organic mix that is grown locally and
mixed on farm, Enjoy!

Our Outdoor Reared Pork Sausages are made using 82% pork shoulder meat and our blend of spices, they are filled into natural casings before being packaged for you. The shoulder meat is from pigs that are allowed to root in the fields and roam freely to pursue their natural instincts of rooting for food.
Delicious for breakfast or any meal.
