Norton ETFE films exhibit superior mechanical toughness as well as similar chemical inertness to its FEP and PFA cousins. ETFE can be processed using many of the same techinques as other thermoplastics including heat sealing, thermoforming, laminating, and die cutting. Most grades of ETFE are rated for continuous use at 150C (302F), based on the 20, 000-hr criterion.

DuPont Tedlar PVF used widely in the aircraft industry these films provide excellent protective layer when laminated to many different surfaces. With several colors and thicknesses in stock you can add some looks and function to your panels with this film.

With its ideal balance of chemical compatibility, electrical reliability, wide thermal range, mechanical toughness, and long term weather ability there are numerous uses where FEP becomes an ideal solution. Teflon FEP is available in thicknesses ranging from .0005 to .020 as well as in specialized cementable versions in the same thickness range.
