Amsax designs and develops controls for each process line based on best practices as determined by the customer. Use of poor quality components or short cuts cost far more than using proper equipment and practices. Amsax strives wherever possible to use components with domestic distribution and inventory. Amsax designs and fabricates modular tanklines from corrosion resistant materials focusing on tank integrity for long term service in industrial applications with advanced techniques appropriate for the chemistry of each tank that is compatible with other tanks on the line and the facility. Applications as diverse as testline consoles (use RGL) to lines where the individual tanks are 20, 000 gal.. Materials of construction match the application and include co-polymer polypropylene with encapsulated steel supports, stainless steel, polyethylene, PVC, CPVC, PVDF and exotic materials where warranted.
