Sabril (vigabatrin) is a prescription medicine used with other treatments in adults and children 10 years of age and older with refractory complex partial seizures (cps) who have not responded well enough to several other treatments and if the possible benefits outweigh the risk of vision loss. Sabril should not be the first medicine used to treat cps.

Keytruda (pembrolizumab) is a humanized antibody used in cancer immunotherapy. It blocks a protective mechanism on cancer cells, and allows the immune system to destroy those cancer cells. It targets the programmed cell death 1 receptor.

Orfadin (nitisinone) is the only fda approved therapy, for use with dietary restriction of tyrosine and phenylalanine, for the treatment of tyrosinemia type 1.

Entereg (alvimopan) reduces certain side effects of narcotic medicines that are often used to prevent pain caused by surgery. Narcotic medicine can cause stomach pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and constipation. These side effects can delay recovery in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
