The Cim-Tek 300HS Type II and Petro Clear Water and Particulate filters have a 34" inlet for flow requirements up to 25 gallons per minute. A water absorbing media is added to these filters to remove water along with the particulates from contaminated fuel. These 10 micron filters are recommended for gasoline and blends of up to 10% ethanol. The 30 micron is recommended for diesel fuel.

Continental Contitech Flex-steel hoses are constructed of a single braid of high tensile wire for strength and static conductivity. The Flex-steel hardwall design virtually eliminates kinking and volumetric expansion problems commonly found in similar products. Flex-steel hoses retain their shape even after being run over. All hoses are UL listed, factory coupled and tested with the new lighter, stronger Fuel Grip coupling. All 58" and 34" hoses have 34" NPT male ends. 1" hoses have 1" NPT ends. All 58" and 34" hoses are available with swivels.

Breakaway valves help prevent hazardous fuel spills and costly damage that can occur when a vehicle drives away with the nozzle still in the fill-pipe. Installed on the hose between the nozzle and dispenser, the breakaway valve separates when it is pulled apart and shuts off the fuel flow. Breakaway valves are available in re-connectable, re-buildable and disposable models.

Multi-plant swivels are typically attached between the nozzle and the hose for improved customer hose handling. The swivel also reduces the strain on the hose, adding to its flexibility and life. Swivels come in several sizes and configurations to meet your specific needs. Flow regulators reduce the gasoline flow rate through the nozzle to meet the EPA 10 GPM requirement.

Hose retractors facilitate hose handling and reduce potential hazards at the dispenser by keeping excess hose off the ground. This also adds to the hose's life. Hose retractors come in several sizes and models. Please call for those not listed.

Chrome ends are available.

The Cim-tek 200 series filters are recommended for low volume power pumps and gravity flow applications. The standard 1" fuel inlet is designed for flow rates up to 20 GPM.
