Utilizing custom formulated, super soft, Shore OOO polymer, we can work with you to create incredible cushioning products. Found in areas as diverse as medical pads to recreational seating to industrial impact absorption, there's no limit to what this polymer can do. The tacky properties of the super soft polymer require that it be fully encased for the application. Utilizing the incredible strength and versatility of RF welding, we're able to create "sinks" for the polymer out of various films and fabrics, as shown on the left. Not only does this form a strong perimeter able to withstand incredible pressure, but the soft nature of the films allow the maximum cushioning potential of the urethane to be reached.

Made from specially formulated urethane blends, we produce polyurethane sheets and bars of varying size, thickness, hardness and color, with custom sizes available to meet your specific need.
