This is the same technology that ART uses in the manufacturing of bearing races. Coining precise ball and taper groves into the raceways. ART Metals Group has the coining equipment required to convert machined parts into stampings. The Company has three 800 ton knuckle presses. ART Metals Group years of knowledge combined with these presses, making them able to coin minimum corner radii which were previously only achievable by machining.

ART Metals Group has provided heavy gage metal stamping since 1943. Our thick metal stamping capabilities hold high tolerance and precision. Up to 800 Ton Presses - for up to 716" thick parts Small Bed Knuckle Joint (Embossing) Presses for concentrated load. Coining and Blanking tolerances of +- .001".
