Atlanta Rod & Mfg. Co., Inc. manufactures domestic stainless headed bolts from 38 to 2 14 in diameter. We also precision forge domestic stainless steel nuts in-house and stock them for your construction project. Our in-house stainless steel nut forming capabilities range from 38 to 4 in diameter. We produce domestic stainless bolts in the grades and head types listed below. We also offer domestic certification of melt and manufacture for all stainless nuts and bolts.

Atlanta Rod & Manufacturing, Inc., has been manufacturing anchor bolts, embeds, headed bolts and construction fasteners to customer specifications since 1981. Our 120, 000 square foot manufacturing facility gives us the ability to supply large scale heavy construction projects as well as smaller same day specials.

Atlanta Rod precision forges domestic nuts from 38 up to 3 and manufactures a wide variety of domestic carbon nuts from up to 3. We can manufacture your domestic nuts in the types, grades, and materials listed below. Our in-house domestic nut forging capabilities allow us to supply your construction project with bolts and nuts from the same point of manufacture and on your schedule.

Atlanta Rod manufactures tie rods which can be threaded to any length on one or both ends for the marine construction industry. These rods can be called double end rods, brace rods, sag rods, or crank rods depending on the application.

Along with producing tie rods we stock a full line of nuts, turnbuckles, coupling nuts and clevises typically used with tie rods. We can produce rods to many ASTM specifications including F1554 grades 36, 55 and 105. A449, A354 BC & BD, and many grades of stainless material.

Atlanta Rod manufactures special plate washers in any size from 14 to 6 thick. We also make base plates, rings and cages in house.

Plate washers up to 1 thick are sheared and punched while thicker plates are burned in house.

Plate washer fabrication can be performed and plates assembled with your bolts on request.

Atlanta Rod manufactures custom embeds to your specifications. We produce studded pipe, embed plates of all shapes and sizes, embedded angles and channels, and do miscellaneous steel fabrication for sump screens, diamond plate, etc.

Our CAD drafting personnel can design and detail concrete embeds for engineering approval on your construction project. We also have an in house painting facility to apply specialized coatings on embeds of all sizes.

Finding metric fasteners when you have country of origin restrictions can be a real pain, but Atlanta Rod and Manufacturing is here to meet your unique needs. Atlanta Rod manufactures and stocks an extensive line of related hardware for all of our products.

Nuts and washers, forged clevis and clevis pins, turnbuckles, coupling nuts and pins are among the items which can be assembled prior to shipment. Many are available for immediate shipping.

Manufacturing in house with assembly prior to shipment insures that you have all the correct parts and reduces installation time.
