FlexLink standard conveyors Together, the FlexLink standard conveyor product lines cover a wide range of applications. Multiflexing conveyor systems XS, XL, XM, XH, XK, and XB use plastic chains in many configurations. The chain design permits horizontal as well as vertical change of direction. Chain widths range from 44 mm up to 295 mm, for product widths up to 400 mm. Each system consists of a wide range of modular components which can be fitted using simple hand tools. Conveyor structures built from aluminium beams with standardized T-slots simplify attachment of components and accessories. Pallet handling products Catalogue section Pallet handling components (XLXM XK) contains special products for pallet handling, including pallets, pallet locating stations, pallet stop cylinders and oallet transfer stations. The systems are based on conveyor components from the standard conveyor line. The XK oallet handlina system also includes divert1 merge devices for easy transfer of pallets between conveyors. Guide rail components Catalogue section Guide rail components deals with various types of guide rails and guide rail support components. Those products are used with several of the FlexLink conveyor systems. A number of pre-designed guide rail structures are shown as examples. Conveyor support components The FlexLink conveyors are held in place by a well balanced range of support components, with beam support brackets, support beams, feet, etc. A number of pre-designed support structures are shown as examples.

Low Profile Curves . . . A low-profile belt curve designed to facilitate the smooth transfer of small products around corners. Engineered with a small diameter tapered end roll that promotes uniform transfer and alignment of small products. Adaptable to a wide range of applications.

Heavy Duty Belt Curves . . . Portec Flomaster Heavy Duty Belt curves have high speed capability, with low noise operation. They comply with the latest safety standards. Rugged steel construction is used. No substitutes, such as inferior components, are used. These heavy duty belt curves are readily available in a variety of widths or can be customized to meet your special needs. Belt Conveyors are typically the least expensive and most economical to operate. They are commonly used to convey packages or loose irregularly shaped products, either horizontally or inclined.

LINK SERIES BELT CONVEYORS are designed to offer an economical method of transporting small oftentimes lightweight products. The overall profile is compact and the small diameter end rollers provide easy parts transfer from one conveyor to another. Options such as adjustable guide rails, sensor brackets and transfer plates are available to make LINK conveyors a ready to use component of your automated systems. Our standard design reduces costly engineering time and eliminates the need to design and fabricate special attachments to fit your automation needs. All LINK 1000, 1300 & 2300s come with a compact integral gearmotor drive. All LINK 2001 & 2301 S come with a full-size drive (56C frame motor coupled to a worm gearbox). The LINK 2000 is available with either a compact or a full-size drive. Speeds and load limits for each vary and can be referenced in the motor (drive) specification table on the second page for each LINK conveyor in this catalog. All LINK conveyors are available in single and multi-belt versions. Each LINK conveyor is test run in the factory before shipping.

Z-Turn Belt Curve . . . When the small space of your operation is a big consideration, Portec Flomaster has the answer. A compact, 180 degree belt power curve, designed with a small inside radius for a space-saving conveyor layout. The Z-turn has cylindrical end rolls for outstanding product transfers. It is fully bi-directional, with a drive that can be mounted on either the inside or outside radius. It can be custom designed for your special needs.
