• Model NumberAV-160

AV-160 SuperGel is a non-toxic, ultra-low viscosity, chemically activated gel. AV-160 has the same viscosity as water which allows it to permeate anywhere water can travel and cures within a controllable time frame from 5 seconds to ± 10 hours. Once it cures, it creates an effective, long-lasting water barrier while providing superb soil stabilization.

AV-100 is an ultra-low viscosity chemically reactive gel available as either granules or liquid. Having the same viscosity as water, AV-100 can permeate anywhere water can travel and cures within a controllable time frame anywhere from 5 seconds to ±10 hours. Once it cures, it creates an effective, long-lasting water barrier while providing superb soil stabilization.

• MODELAV-280

Injected as a single component, catalyzed AV-280 Hydrofoam is a moisture activated, high viscosity, MDI-based polyurethane resin. The chemical reaction is catalyzed by using AV-281 Hydrocel and uses moisture as an initiator. AV-280 was designed to not easily wash away where high volume water flow is present. It is injected into the substrate and reacts with moisture to fill voids, stop active or potential water leaks, and stabilize coarse materials. AV-280 withstands wetdry cycles and cures to form a dense, impermeable semi-rigid foam.

• MODELAV-275

Injected as a single component, catalyzed AV-275 Soilgrout is a moisture activated MDI-based polyurethane resin. The chemical reaction of this product is catalyzed by using AV-276 Soilcat and uses moisture as an initiator. AV-275 was designed to bind together and waterproof loose granular soils. AV-275 Soilgrout withstands wetdry cycles, permeates well, and reacts quickly with water to form a dense, impermeable semi-rigid foam. AV-275 Soilgrout is tested and certified by the Water Quality Association (WQA) against NSFANSI 61 - Drinking Water System Components.

• Model NumberAV-550

AV-550 Soil Strengthener is designed to permeate and stabilize various types of soil. This hydrophobic polyurethane increases the load bearing capacity of permeable soil by greatly increasing the cohesion between soil particles and by filling void areas in the soil. The uncured resin is a dark brown liquid which reacts when it comes in contact with water. AV-550 is typically used with AV-551 Soil Strengthener Cat to control the cure time. When the reaction occurs, a slight expansion of the resin is noticeable and the material quickly cures to an open cell foam which is impervious to corrosive environments and microorganisms.
