AVX Ultra Broadband Resistors (UBR) are designed using thin film technologies to create a RF compatible resistor with low parallel capacitance that provides a nominal impedance at higher frequencies. Our proprietary glass sandwich Flexiterm® termination gives improved reliability in a standard 0402 surface mount case.

Two-Piece connectors and individual contacts provide multiple packaging solutions for perpendicular, parallel, and coplanar applications. Features include ultra small pitch, low stacking heights, and a broad range of pin counts. One-Piece card edge, compression connectors, and individual contacts are available for a variety of signal and power requirements.

AVX Chassis Mount Feedthrough Filters are designed for high reliability applications. These applications have diverse requirements, including the need for a long operating life in medical, space, or military systems to avoid the prohibitive cost of replacing a faulty component. Available in various configurations from miniature and subminiature, bolt-in, solder-in, and cylindrical hermetically sealed styles, these filters offer superior reliability and performance in critical applications.

Hermetically sealed C, L, & Pi circuits, designed for bulkhead mounting in a slotted hole with nut and lock-washer supplied, provide filtering from 30 KHz to 10 GHz depending on the size and configuration, with effective attenuation over a wide range of circuit impedances. MIL-PRF-28861 QPL or equivalent available. Alternate lead configurations or special capacitance values may be ordered.

AVX offers a complete line of Single Layer Ceramic (SLC) Capacitors with dielectric constants ranging from 14 (NP0) to greater than 30, 000 (X7R). Product offerings include standard SLC’s (with & without borders) in all dielectric families. SLC’s with double-sided borders are now available in most dielectrics. In addition to an extensive offering of standard catalog devices, custom designs (and prototypes) are available upon request. Delivery of samples seldom exceeds two weeks once design parameters have been established.
