The Moll Pile PT paper folder is similar to our Bottom Friction Feeder. This Folder Gluer machine is a condensed folding and taping system that feeds from a pile feeder with a non-marking air wheel to ensure your coated stocks dont scratch or mark. Through the 51 inch long in-feed section the machine allows you to perform such things as tab forming, folding, gluing, taping, or inserting.

This is one of Molls newest additions to the Versa Fold family. If you dont need the full length of a regular Versa Fold then this Versa Fold Jr. may fill your required needs, in a smaller and more economical format. The machine will be able to plow, glue, and turn product as needed. Through its smaller footprint it also saves on space. The Versa Fold Jr. can also roll up in line not only with your existing Moll equipment, but also with paper folders as well. The Versa Fold Jr. is ideal in the mailing markets.

The MOLL die cutter, folder gluer creates a distinct position in the Label, Mail, Printing and Packaging Markets for sheet-fed applications. It will also kiss cut and cut-score products in an infinite number of shapes and sizes including substrate thicknesses up to 24pt paperboard. Its ideal for finishing boxes, cartons, labels, pocket folders and other types of packaging.

The Moll Pile Feeder has its own dual air system, sealed bearings, electronic pile height control, DC drive speed control, large stock capacity, is self-installable and easy to operate. It can be used as an off-line feeder to almost any machine. It also rolls up to any Moll in-line foldergluer machine and eliminates all friction feeder markings with the suction air system. This machine is also available with a register and transfer table for other machines such as laminators. The pile feeders are available in 30, 36 and 42 widths.

Our Tape Application Machine offers simple solutions for applying finger lift or double-sided tape to a wide range of finished products. The Tape Dispensers can be purchased as an add-on unit for existing machinery such as folding machines or mailing systems. Alternatively a complete off-line system is available with an integral feeder and conveyor table which allows fast simple production of an infinite range of work.
