The Maple Leaf Orthosis was designed for children with Cerebral Palsy. It is intended to maintain the length of involved musculature and to control or prevent the recurrence of deformity after soft tissue release, or other related hip surgeries. The Maple Leaf has been used as an alternative to traditional hip spica casts and can be fitted as an immediate postoperative orthosis. It can also be applied at the first cast change or anytime during the rehabilitative phase. US Patent 6, 488, 644

The Lerman Pediatric Shoulder Abduction Rotation Orthosis (SARO) was designed to be used for the pre and postoperative management of the pediatric shoulder joint. The adjustments at the shoulder joint allow the clinician to precisely align the joint and upper extremity. The low profile SARO is easily adjustable, lightweight and may be used left or right.

Model Q-32 consists of an anterior thoracic and pelvic assembly, each of which is attached to serrated discs on the superior and inferior margins of the lateral uprights. The lateral uprights are padded and adjustable in length. A posterior thoracolumbar pad is attached to the lateral upright by our Quick Release closure system. The Q-32 comes complete with a swivel sternal pad and an articulating pelvic bar to reduce pressure on the bladder.

The Compact Double Action Ankle Joint comes optimized with pins in the anterior channels and springs in the posterior channels to afford normal gait after initial contact, as well as provide maximum control and stability of the knee and hip. Comes fully assembled and is designed specifically for use with thermoplastics. Intended for both small adult and pediatric patients. Extra springs, pins and an alignment tool are included.

The PreStride4, is an evaluation tool that may be used in combination with a physical examination to assess candidacy for the Stride4 stance control knee joint. The PreStride4 is a modular and fully adjustable stance control KAFO that may be fitted to most adults who are between 5'2" and 6'2" in height.

The SafetyStride, model 9005, functions the same as the FullStride, except it has the ability to resist knee flexion at any angle. Unlike the FullStride, the SafetyStride does not require full 180 knee extension to resist knee flexion in stance phase. US Patent 7, 462, 159 B1

The FullStride, model 9006, is a mechanical stance control orthotic knee joint that utilizes a low-profile cabling system to automatically unlock at the end of stance phase. At the end of swing phase, when the orthotic knee joint reaches full extension, the locking mechanism re-engages to provide knee stability for stance phase.

The UTX is a lightweight, less than two pounds, KAFO that stabilizes the knee during the stance phase of gait, but enables knee flexion during swing phase. At the end of swing phase, as the knee reaches full extension, a ratchet engages to stabilize and lock the knee.

The Stride4 is the latest addition to the Stride Family of interchangeable stance control knee joints. The Stride4 is comprised of a four bar linkage system that offers (3) modes of operation: Stance control, free motion and locked with stance phase flexion.
