bioprocessH2O TEQUATIC™ PLUS Filter is designed to remove particulate matter from a wide range of water and process water streams. This is completed through a novel process involving continuous self-cleaning, cross flow filtration, centrifugal separation, and solids concentration. Its innovative design filters water containing moderate to high concentrations of total suspended solids with high water recovery, typically greater than 99%.

Our membrane filtration technology are fully automated system that have the ability to produce high quality effluent. They use a physical barrier, a porous membrane or filter to separate particles in a fluid. The particles are then separated based on their size and shape with the use of pressure and our specially designed membranes. The size of the particles will define which system will best suit your needs. This technology can be used for removing oil, suspended solids, biological solids, and mixed liquor. The membrane modules are used due to the superior strength which allows higher operating and backwash pressure for superior solids removal efficiency, exceptional chemical resistance, high flux rates and reduced system footprint. The membrane system utilizes a high velocity cross-flow technology with back pulsing capability to enhance flux rates and prolong membrane life. There are also different membrane filtration methods we can use to separate or concentrate materials in a liquid such as reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration depending on your company's needs.

bioprocessH2O Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors are commonly used for industrial wastewater treatment applications. They provide pretreatment of organics in wastewater systems. MBBR systems can effectively be integrated with industrial and municipal treatment systems for BOD removal, nitrification and denitrification. MBBR systems consist of biofilm carriers that provide protected surface area for the acclimation process of bacteria. They are constructed of high density polyethylene and have an effective life of over fifteen years. These organisms are continuously sloughed and discharged along with the treated water, which makes MBBR systems ideal for the pretreatment of organic bearing water streams.
