A powerful dust collector for most extraction needs, for dry and hazardous materials. The filter system is enhanced with a cartridge separated by a protective plate. Filter cleaning using atmospheric pressure. Can be fitted with HEPA filters.

Suitable for collection of many different types of dust including wood, paper and plastic.
During normal operation, the dust laden air from the plant travels down the supply duct (1)

2. The dirty air then enters the COMBIFAB (2) material handling fan and into the filter

3. As the dust-laden air enters the inlet section of the filter, the air decelerates and heavier dust and shavings settle on the hopper floor (3)

4. The heavier dust and shavings collected on the hopper floor are conveyed to the discharge end (11) of the filter by the scrapers on the chain conveyor (8)

5. At the discharge end of the filter, the dust is pushed into the rotary airlock (9) and out of the filter

6. The remaining dust then travels up into the inside of the filter bags (5)

7. The air, which originated from the plant, is now clean (5) and passes through the filter bag and out the exhaust port (7)

A mid size version of our long established NF filter

The CS is a larger, reverse air, dust collector suitable for airflows between 6.800 and 34.000 m3h (4, 000 and 20, 000 CFM) with various hopper discharge options. (Sold only in the US).

The NOM series filters are designed for lathing and milling applications, for machines stamping and pressing steel plates, industrial washing machines, abrasive water jets etc.

In all metal fabrication with oil mist troubles, these filters will fit into a ducting system, connected to each machine. All units are equipped with fan and pressure gauge for control of filters as well as a indication for need of cleaning (self draining).

Suitable for emulsions and neat oil. Complies with PM10. (24-hour fine particle standard 35gm3, and annual fine particle standard 15 gm3.).

General description
Extractor arms for use in industries, laboratories, schools in applications such as gluing, working with solvents, spotTIG welding, screen printing, adhesives etc.

Arm sections
Thin walled anodized aluminums sections with a very good corosion resistancy against solvents etc. In contacts with alcaline materials the surface can be stained or damaged.

Swivel
Swivel with 360 degree rotation. Add reduction for correct connection diameter.

Joints
The adjustment knobs on the friction joints are supported by ball-bearings. The first joint is supported by a spring (not 50-700 and 100-1200). 360 degree rotation where indicated.

Mini hood
The Mini hood is supplied together with the arm and is also interface to the multi purpose and metal hood.

Mounting
The arms can be mounted on ceilings, walls and floors or fixed to tables. By using an extension profile the arms operational reach can be increased.

Wet Type Dust Collectors are designed to provide efficient, 99% at 5 microns, cost effective control of all flammable and non-flammable metal dust contaminants generated from a variety of manufacturing and process applications.

Typically used for control of moderate to heavy concentrations of contaminants, the downdraft tables can be used for grinding, polishing, and dry buffing. The auto water fill with low level shutoff system can minimize the maintenance. Washable high efficiency mist eliminator provides reduced filter replacement costs.

The downdraft solution will help with compliance to local OSHA and NFPA regulations by drawing contaminants away from the operators breathing zone and reducing the flammability concerns with metals such as aluminum and titanium.
