Bracone Metal is one of the industry's most experienced hand spinning facilities with over 35 years experience. Our spinners using different techniques produce complex spun parts ranging in size from 12 an inch to 81 inches in diameter using various types of materials ranging from .015" to .100" thick.

Bracone Metal has been supplying precision sheet metal components to the aerospace industry for over 25 years. We can form and mill sheet material, provide tight tolerance stampings and assemblies with the use of our custom tool designing team.

Bracone Metal's machining department has the capabilities to make a vast array of machined parts. Our CNC lathes have the turning capacity from 16 an inch to 30 inches by up to 80 inches in length. Our millers have the capacity to mill up to 16 inches wide by 38 inches in length.

Bracone Metal's repair and overhaul department is a certified FAA repair station specializing in military and commercial repaired components. Our qualified technicians repair and modify combustion chamber liners, diffusers, tailpipes, oil tanks, impellor shrouds, compressor blisks, and inlet assemblies. Some of our repair capabilities include; welding of all alloys, plasma and dimensional restoration, CNC and manual milling, turning, and drilling.

Bracone Metal's weld department offers TIG, MIG, as well as resistance, spot and seam welding. Some materials include nickel alloys, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and carbon steel. The welding department is certified to AWS D17.1 and MIL68-58. Nadcap coming soon.
