SC-1250: 18" high-density polyethylene is pressure formed and riveted into a super tough, yet lightweight container shell. These containers feature high-impact steel corner guards, rubber gripped recessed handles and recessed twist or draw latches. Extra-thick alloy edge closures are engineered for use with high torque latches and continuous hinges. Custom cushioning for specific equipment can easily be designed into these rugged shipping containers.

TC-187TC-250: These all-purpose heavy-duty shipping cases are constructed around a double wall extruded alloy framework. TC-187 cases feature 316" high-density polyethylene case walls. TC-250 cases employ plastic or aluminum bone to 14" or 12" solid-core plywood. TC-125: When a lighter weight shipping case is preferred, the full telescoping TC-125 incorporates reduced weight and super durability. Heat formed and riveted, TC-125 container shells are fabricated from 18" thick polyethylene. All these Tough cases have steel clad corners, recessed rubber gripped handles and thick aluminum binding on lid and body edges. Extra-wide heavy-duty nylon web strapping and positive locking buckles keep lids secured. As with all Bragley cases, custom optional foam lining and partitioning is available.

PT-1255: These tough transit cases are constructed of 18" high-density polyethylene. Pressure formed and riveted for extra strength, these case shells are virtually indestructible. Heat-tempered aluminum closure extrusions are pressure fit and riveted. Strong molded steel core carrying handles, impact resistant steel corners, locking draw latches, and piano hinges give these cases the reliability you need when transporting equipment. Optional casters and interior cushioning make the cases mobile and versatile.

Tempered alloy aluminum tongue-and-groove closures are radius formed and installed with high-pressure crimping machinery. Engineered closure extrusions contain teeth that bite into plastic, making case shell and aluminum extrusion integral. Case shells are molded from indestructible high-molecular-weight high-density polyethylene, or impact resistant ABS plastics. All Bragley molded cases feature locking draw latches, steel piano hinges. Positive locking metal lid stays, and handsome molded carrying handles. As with all Bragley case products, custom foam cushioned inserts are installed and created for your specific needs.

These lightweight but rugged display cases not only protect your double hung, slider, and storm window samples, they also transform into a sturdy eye-level display. By simply sliding window samples out, easel legs automatically spring open. When demonstrations are completed, easel legs are folded, and window samples slide down into a protective shell.
