Our CNC machining centers can perform many labor intensive operations with extreme accuracy and consistency, holding tolerances as close as .0005". Our machines also provide fourth axis capabilities. Multiple parts can be manufactured simultaneously on these machines thereby increasing productivity and allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers. Our innovative fixturing methods and in-house fixture design and manufacture get your parts from prototype to production quickly.

Our state of the art CNC turning centers enable us to manufacture very complex parts, with shorter lead time, in both production and prototype size lots. Many of these turning centers are equipped with bar feeds which provide the speed of a screw machine with CNC accuracy.

We have been supplying custom, precision machined parts to a variety of companies for over 50 years. Starting with the procurement of raw material, we can finish your part through all special processes needed, including plating, heat treating, and mechanical assembly.
