Designed and manufactured by Bull Display Products to meet generic retailing needs, we produce a series of multi-use, heavy duty semi-stock five-shelf floor displays. Manufactured in our modern factory utilizing our years of experience and fabricating capabilities including wire fabrication, welding, forming, and powder coating, we are able to construct high quality floor displays at competitive prices. The basic display measures 26.5” wide-x 19” deep x 50” tall. There is 11” of space between shelves. Each unit weighs 40 pounds. This design can be modified to fit your specific retailing needs. The frame of our five shelf floor displays is constructed with 18 gage 1″ square steel tubing. The shelves are fabricated with .187″ and .250″ diameter wire with .75″ metal signage strips welded to the front shelf edge. A wire bale with pigtail card holders is included for securing a chipboard or styrene header card (header card not included). The display can be enhanced by adding header and side panel graphics for better brand recognition. Our universal 4 or 5 shelf floor displays ship knocked down to minimize freight cost, but can be easily assembled in minutes without tools. We ship our products to a number of states, including Florida, Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire.
Known for our attractive, yet durable, POP display products, Bull Display was contracted by a consumer retail industry client to manufacture a series of free-standing countertop displays designed to hold tubes of acryilic paint for artists. The customer came to us when faced with ongoing problems involving their original display that was designed and manufactured by another display company. Constructed from 100% acrylic material, the original displays were very attractive, but lacked strength and durability, and would often be damaged during transit to the end user or while in use at retail locations. Retailers were constantly requesting replacement parts, or sometimes entirely new displays, costing our client valuable time and money. Our customer requested that we redesign this display without compromising its original high-end look. Working closely with our client, Bull Display decided to incorporate a metal frame and metal shelves into the new design for added durability. Meeting tight tolerances down to (±) .0156 of an inch, we sheared each shelf from sturdy, cold rolled steel material and then blanked the shelf parts and the upright shelf support frame with one of our CNC turret presses.We then spot welded shelf brackets to each shelf and shear notched and formed the prefinished metal header. All parts (except the prefinished header) were then painted with an attractive yet hard wearing powder coated finish. In order to keep our client’s high-end, acrylic look, we laser cut green edge acrylic side panels similar to those that were part of the original design. These side panels were modified to allow simple assembly by the end user with no tools required. The new display design, which measured 16 x 12 x 38 inches, can be easily adjusted to hang or hold other types of products. After manufacturing was complete, we then assembled and packed the units, readying them for shipment to our client’s various nationwide retail locations. Designed and manufactured by Bull Display Products to meet our customer’s unique merchandizing requirements, we produced a rich looking, compact, and sturdy consumer retail display. By integrating an attractive powder coated metal frame and metal shelves into the design and incorporating the same acrylic side panels, we were able to virtually eliminate all freight damage and durability issues, while maintaining the attractiveness of the original display.
Designed to accommodate a large number of products in a minimum amount of floor space, our 2 sided wire grid retail floor displays are currently being used in the sporting goods industry to showcase a line of branded watches for outdoorsmenwomen. Employing a variety of production capabilities to construct these sturdy high-quality floor displays required Bull Display to, straighten and cut wire, fixture and spot weld wire grid panels, shear, pierce, and form the base and large cardholder panels. All components were then MIG welded together. A classic high gloss black powder coated finish provides an unobtrusive rich finish that lets the displayed products and the graphics stand out in a retail establishment. Displayed product is hung from 6” balled-end safety peg hooks. Large vertical card holders allow insertion of attention getting graphic panels with a 2 sided 5” card holder for header graphics. The use of card holder type panels to capture graphics allows for ease in changing graphics for seasonality or to refresh the look without the need to purchase complete new displays. Holding our standard tolerances; shearing tolerance of (±) .0156 inches, welding tolerance of (±) .0312, multiple form tolerance of (±) .0625 inches, our line of wire grid retail floor displays are simple, sturdy and attractive. This display, utilizes a standard 2” square wire grid that allows for virtually limitless configurations of hooks – which creates unmatched versatility so planograms with different skew mixes and package sizes can be made using the same basic display. Well designed graphics can really make this display standout on the retailer’s floor. This wire grid floor display measures 20x18x64 inches and weigh 50 pounds. The included casters allows for ease in relocating within the store or to move while cleaning the floor. For smaller sports retailers, a counter unit was also designed. This display has been shipped nationwide, including Connecticut, Maryland, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Colorado, and Washington.
A client recently contracted Bull Display to design and manufacture a series of distinctive, free-standing consumer retail floor displays to hold and showcase beverage mixer bottles. Our customer requested that the display have an innovative look and enticing appeal that would help draw consumers to their products. Working closely with our client, we designed a uniquely attractive unit that would mimic the shape of the displayed beverage mixer bottles. The new display was constructed from sturdy 34” square steel tubing with durable sheet metal shelves. Maintaining tight, precision tolerances, we sheared and blanked all shelf parts, and then cut, deburred, and formed the vertical support frame tubing and wire bottle retaining band. The tubing was bent to mimic the shape of the bottles being displayed. To make these units more attractive, we added a four-color printed styrene header and applied a chrome powder coated finish. These touches enhanced the design of the display without detracting from or clashing with the interestingly shaped, brightly colored bottles. Measuring 17x9x65 inches, this display is reasonably compact in size, and yet stocks a significant amount of merchandise -(up to four cases of product) Designed and manufactured by Bull Display Products to meet our customer’s unique retail requirements, these displays were then assembled and packed for shipment to our client’s numerous national retail facilities.
