The Burr King M1001 is designed for use with soft cloth or surface conditioning wheels (ScotchBrite) only. Specific polishing applications may require additional installation of safety devices. Please consult with a safety engineer before use. Machine includes flanges and nuts, all wheels sold separately.

Model 20 : Disc Speed fixed at 1725 RPM
Model 20B : Fixed speed with a 10 ft. lb. mechanical disc brake
Model 20VB : Continuously adjustable from 200 to 1725 RPM with an adjustable electronic disc brake.

All model 20 disc grinders are available with magnetic starter options. The Model 20VB speed controller includes all control and overload features of a standard magnetic starter in addition to the solid state frequency controller.

The M15 offers the same reliability and options as our smaller bowls but with more power and larger capacity. The M15 is unique because it comes complete with stand and timer.

Please note that the filtration system pictured next to the unit is no longer made out of stainless steel. It is black in color and made out of heavy duty Polyethylene.

Abrasive belts and discs in various dimensions, grit types, and backing are available. Finishes from mirror to grain are possible. Material removal rates from slight to rapid and heavy are possible provided the proper abrasive, backing, surface speed, and equipment are selected. Consult with the factory for specific applications

The variable speed motor option is available on all Burr King models. Surface speeds from 0 to 8000 S.F.P.M. are obtainable. The variable speed motor controls temperature, cutting action, and finish to achieve desired results.

The adjustable speed motor controller supplies constant torque, has solid state controls, onoff switch, power light indicator with dial speed control.
