Byron Products furnaces range in size from small to large and allow us to process parts in the most expedient and competitive manner. All our furnaces are maintained, calibrated, and surveyed in accordance to AMS 2750. Byron Products can run parts in a high vacuum or partial pressure conditions.

Byron Products provides 3 different types of plasma spraying systems and multiple booths with size up to 16 feet. All of our Plasma Spray Coatings are applied via robot, with dedicated programming for each component. Plasma Spray is a very versatile process which can be used in a wide number of fields. Plasma coatings can be metal, ceramic or a combination thereof, and can be applied to metal, plastic and ceramic materials. This type of coating can be used to electrically or thermally insulate base materials, improve wear or corrosion resistance, and to build up worn components. Localized Stress Relieve (LSR) is a process to apply direct heat to a weld repair area on a final part or assembly, while guarding other areas from affecting tolerances. This process is done using several methods from cartridge or ceramic heaters, to an argon heat gun. When required, this heating process can be performed in a protective atmosphere. At Byron Products honeycomb brazing is one of our specialties. The honeycomb we braze is most commonly used in jet engine and land base turbines, either OEM or overhaul. Our engineering staff is very familiar with these processes and specifications and are available to discuss needs.
