Lever Colors’ line of basic dyes carry consistent high quality standards from batch to batch. Our dye formulations have long been proven in many challenging newsprint production environments. We have the capability of customizing formulations and dyes to match the exact color you need. As a manufacturer of paper products, what do your customers expect from you? Our Aqueous Disperse and Sublimation Dye Dispersions are ideal for high-speed digital printing with piezo print heads. Suitable for sublimation heat transfers for both polyester fabrics and other synthetic surfaces. Our hallmarks are excellent color vibrancy, image quality, ink yield, and exceptional transfer performance at speeds up to 650 square feet per hour. Most micro piezo printhead printers can be used including Epson ME+, ME30, C110, C120, Epson Stylus Photo 1400, 2200, R1900, Epson Workforce 40, 310, 500, 600, Epson Stylus PRO 4800, 7800, 9800, 7880, 9980; Ricoh GX 700, 7700; Mimaki JV4, JV33; Roland FP-640, FP740; Mutoh RJ900 as well as other DX 4, DX5, DX6 and DX7 printead printers.
Lever Colors’ adhesive and paint colorants lines are available in resin or surfactant based. Formulations have been developed to also adhere to some CFR guidelines. Please inquire with regard to any guidelines that must be met. Custom color matching is also available if you do not see the specific colorant you require.
With formulations for both Epson and Dimatix (Fuji) printheads, the unique combination of high silver loading, high conductivity, low sintering temperature, low viscosity and long shelf life places it well ahead of its competition in today’s market. Lever Colors’ conductive inks are specially designed for stable and consistent performance on porous substrates and some polymer films. Our conductive inks are eco-friendly, water based nano particle inks formulated to be self sintering. Proprietary chemical sintering agents are use to produce immediate electrical conductivity. Uses and applications include keypads, flex circuits and membrane switches. Use for displays include signs, monitors, disposables, electro-luminescent lamps, conductive LCD and e-paper. Other applications include RFID’s for smart cards, passports, ID cards, asset tracking, touch devices, medical diagnostics, toys, collector grids, identification, anti-counterfeiting, tracking, sequential serialization and inkjet printed antibacterials (silver is a natural biocide).
