Hardliner Urethane Impact Bars feature a solid design that prevents belt damage and, together with our highest quality urethane material, provides exceptional impact and wear resistance. This allows Hardliner Impact Bars to offer superior belt support, significantly longer life, and lower impact bed maintenance requirements, when compared to UHMW-capped rubber impact bars. Solid urethane construction absorbs and cushions the impact load, while providing a contact surface that allows the belt to slide freely, resulting in less wear and tear on your conveyor belt. You will benefit from lower belt and bed maintenance costs. Hardliner Impact Bars have been engineered to fit most existing impact bed systems. In addition, C.U.E. has the ability to custom mold an impact bar to meet your exact needs. They are available in an all-urethane bar design, for impact systems having metal lineal support; and an Aluminum 'T'-channel reinforced bar design for systems having a spaced structure. Hardliner Impact Bars are produced in standard lengths from 18" up to 60", in either the 'all-urethane' or aluminum 'T'-channel designs. Whatever your requirements, C.U.E. has you covered.

Hardliner Crossover Ramps Pads are designed to handle the heaviest of traffic encountered in mining and construction areas. They are made from high grade polyurethane that can withstand the loads of heavy machinery without crushing and tearing. Mining and construction sites experience punishing traffic from trucks and heavy equipment. Protecting electrical cables, hoses, and lines from being crushed requires a durable crossover pad or ramp that can handle the weight, impact and abrasion of this type of traffic. Hardliner crossover pads and ramps provide the necessary strength and durability to protect important cables and hoses from damage. Hardliner crossover pads and ramps offer beneficial design features and come in variety of widths and lengths.

HARDLINER polyurethane sheets were developed to battle the forces of impact and abrasive wear in ore and aggregate mininghandling operations, and coal preparation plants. The sheets are both lightweight and flexible, which makes for easy installation without the use of special lifting, or heavy, equipment. HARDLINER sheets are made using a superior grade of Polyurethane, specifically formulated by C.U.E., Inc. to provide exceptional resistance to abrasion and corrosion, as well as the wear and tear resulting from impact. This Polyurethane compound possesses remarkable resistance to thermal shock - the ability to withstand sudden and drastic temperature changes without cracking. In addition HARDLINER sheets have been approved by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA No. IC-1434) for underground mine use. HARDLINER sheets are available in a wide range of sizes, in stock widths (4 and 5 feet) and lengths (8, 10 and 12 feet), and thickness from 14" up. Additional sheet sizes and thicknesses may be custom ordered.

Hundreds of new parts are designed each year by our experienced team. This experience can translate into a product that meets your vision and one that can be manufactured efficiently. After the product design is complete, we design our own molds in-house with our 3 dimensional software package. Our Ph.D. polymer chemist develops a new, or customizes an existing urethane compound to meet your exact performance specifications. Prototype parts are produced for customer approval and field testing. Once your product is ready for commercialization, we have the capability and capacity for large, efficient production runs on one of our dozen state-of-the-art manufacturing cells. A wide range of finishing equipment such as chop saws, band saws, sanders, and CNC lathes are available should your part require machine finishing.
