Chart Cooler Service Company offers a complete range of forced and induced draft fin fan coolers with both horizontal and vertical configurations. Applications include process plants and refineries, gas compression and condensing , engine cooling, power generation and utilities. We also have an Aftermarket Division that is second to none for remanufacturing, spares, repairs and servicing for all industrial air coolers.

As a leading heat exchanger manufacturer, Chart uses proprietary thermal-design software combined with a 3rd party simulation package to deliver a comprehensive quotation package, including technical data sheets and drawings. Once in production parametric 3D modelling software is integrated with component manufacture for maximum accuracy and minimum lead time.

The Euro-Cyl Liquid Cylinders are available in capacities from 120 to 1000 liters and range in pressure from 1.5 to 37 bar. The full range of these cylinders are available for liquefied nitrogen, oxygen, argon, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide and the larger 600 and 1000 liter models are available for LNG.

The Econo-Cyl Liquid Cylinder offers a thick stainless steel outer jacket, an all-metal shock absorbing footring, color-coded valve handles, and color-coded safeties. Built with our legendary Composite Super Insulation and Chart Vacuum Technology, the Econo-Cyl series provides maximum gas utilization for your customers. These Ultra-Helium Dewars are light, maneuverable and durable, while providing superior thermal performance. The unique neck tube design provides proven support during transportation. The outboard caster base provides maximum stability in a compact design. Available in sizes ranging from 60 to 500 liters, the dewars are suitable for air transport (IATA conforming) with the optional absolute pressure relief valve. All models are 100% non-magnetic for Magnetic Resonance Imagery (MRI) service.

The Ultra Helium Dewar's controls are conveniently located on the top, with nesting fill couplings to accept various standard transfer line sizes. The optional electric pressure builder can quickly increase pressure for liquid transfer while maintaining low heat leak. It has two pre-set ranges (4 or 8 psig 0.3 or 0.6 barg) for efficient liquid helium withdrawal.
