Cambridges Eclipse attachment systems provide a finished solution for the mounting of flexible metal mesh panels. In our patent-pending design, mesh spirals fit neatly into laser-cut openings in the stainless steel attachment tubes and the mesh is stretched in-tension. Can accomodate flexible mesh panels up to 20' wide and over 100' high. Cambridge offers several versions of Eclipse to address a wide variety of exterior and interior mesh attachment requirements: Eclipse Ejector - Designed for heavy load exterior applications. Includes heavy-duty spring-tensioning bracket. Eclipse Mid-Ejector - Designed for medium load exterior applications. Includes standard spring-tensioning bracket. Eclipse U-Bracket - Designed for medium load exterior or interior applications. Includes u-bracket and tension screws. Eclipse Cable - Designed for medium load exterior or interior applications. Includes adjustable attachment cable.

Cambridges Scroll self-tensioning attachment hardware keeps the focus on the metal fabric by hiding the attachment behind it. Scroll conceals the bracket that attaches to the structural support. Scroll uniquely grips the metal fabric, holding it in tension. Scroll is appropriate for lengths of metal fabric up to 100.

The Eyebolt attachment is a less elegant but lower cost mesh mounting system. Offered in both standard and heavy-duty versions. Contact your Cambridge Architectural representative for the appropriate version based on your weight load.

Cambridges Curtain attachment hardware attaches flexible metal fabric to carriers and permits it to roll smoothly along the track length as a window treatment or draping space divider. Flexible metal fabrics are hung sideways to maximize a draping effect. This attachment hardware can also be specified for motorized operation, where the curtain of metal fabric is opened or closed with a touch of a button.

Cambridges Panel attachment hardware is made by attaching closed metal fabric to a substrate such as Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). Z-clips join panels to the substructure.

Cambridges U-Binding attachment hardware tack welds metal fabric to a u-binding frame with mitered corners that are welded and ground smooth for a polished finish.

Cambridges Railflex attachment hardware is specifically designed for handrail systems. The ends of flexible metal fabric panels are concealed in handrail tubing, allowing for a seamless transition from rail to flexible mesh. Custom-cut apertures receive the metal fabric in the handrail tubing, which is integrated into a bracket and structural support design. The metal fabric panels run parallel to the slope of stairways or inclines. Railflex is an excellent choice for safety and security applications as a stair rail infill, or in large applications such as stairwell towers or parking garages. The attachment hardware is also appropriate for interior design systems.

Cambridges Velocity attachment hardware is engineered specifically for coastal areas that are subject to hurricane force winds. The patented attachment is designed to re-tension the metal fabric automatically after high wind conditions have passed. The attachment can also be specified to protect property and people from materials that are propelled at a building during high wind conditions.
