Carrington stocks sizes from #1 to #9 of EPDM rubber pipe flashing in either gray or black. These boots have either a square or round base that readily conforms to any roof profile for easy installation. They provide an outstanding seal for all sizes of penetrating roof pipes.We also stock all sizes of retrofit pipe flashings with square or round base in black or gray. Multi-use flashings which can serve as retrofit or standard boots are also stocked in black or gray. Upon request, all flashings can be supplied in a hi-temp, red silicone to withstand temps up to 550F (260C).

Carringtons beveled closures are angled closure strips used to effectively seal angled voids at roof hips, valleys and other difficult to seal areas. They are far superior to traditional methods that involve expensive and messy expandable foam tape, or cheap open cell foam rolls that last only a few years. Beveled closure strips can be cut to any angle and roof pitch, from 2:12 slope to 12:12 slope, and are made of the same high quality material used for our regular CI-7 crosslink foam closure strips.

Carrington Specialty Products manufactures metal building closure strips for almost any panel profile made. Our closures product line is one of the most extensive and complete in the industry and we even have profiles for panels that were discontinued years ago, but are required for retrofit jobs. Carringtons closure strips are available in a variety of materials and widths to meet a wide range of customer specifications. Due to their closed-cell structure and to the latest innovations in polymer technology, our closure strips resist a wide range of temperature extremes and weather conditions.

Adequate roof ventilation and uniform airflow are critical for the proper maintenance of metal buildings. Carrington's 'Dri-Vent' vented closure strips are a rugged, breathable, easy-to-install solution to ensure adequate ventilation for metal roofs.

In addition to providing exceptional venting, the 'Dri-Vent' closure is the only product on the market that provides the ideal balance of:

limiting wind-driven rain from entering the ridge area, and

allowing an "escape route" for any moisture that does work its way into the ridge area during humid summers or extreme wind-driven rain.

The specially engineered design allows gravity to draw moisture down and out of the closure, out of the ridge area and down the roof panel. With other products, that moisture is trapped and unable to escape, potentially leading to rust, rot, mold and mildew in the ridge area.

Carringtons vented closures come with adhesive strips for ease of installation.

Universal Closures are gray Polyurethane foam strips with pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape on one side, that are compressed and rolled tightly for shipping.
Upon installation the foam expands to its original thickness to fill all voids and form a compression fit.

Carrington's Butyl Tape is a high quality, trimmable joint and end lap sealing tape developed for use in the metal building industry.

It has excellent adhesion to most clean, dry metal surfaces and does not harden, bleed or stain. With pressure, it fills minor irregularities in the surface and seals the joints providing an effective barrier against water, moisture, dust and dirt. This tape can also be used to seal around windows, doors, roof vents, stacks, access doors and other penetration points.

AST is a self-adhering tape seal made from resilient, open-cell
polyurethane foam impregnated with a water-based acrylicmodified
asphalt emulsion and then compressed to a sealing
density level appropriate to the application. Typically, higher
compression levels are required for watertightness in water
run-off applications; lower compression can be used, for
example, for snow seals at roof ridges.

as well as closed-cell and unimpregnated open-cell foam closure
