Manufacturer / Exporter / Supplier Of 1-830 Displacement Transmitter, 1-809 Vibration Monitor, 1-808 Vibration Transmitter, 6800 Multi-Channel Vibration Monitor, 1-809 Vibration Transmitter
The 1-809 is a single channel Vibration Monitor designed to measure and protect critical machinery. The machinery vibration level is displayed on a 4-digit LED display. The reading can be displayed in inches per second (ips) velocity, g’s acceleration, or mils displacement. A 4-20 mA output signal is provided proportional to a pre-determined vibration level. Two alarms are provided for early warning or machine shutdown due to excessive vibration. The 1-809 is a panel-mount vibration monitor designed to accept a velocity or acceleration transducer input. The input signal is filtered via an order-specified bandpass filter with very sharp cut-off characteristics. This allows the 1-809 to track only those energies present within the filter’s band-width. The resulting vibration level is then displayed on the 4-digit LED display located on the front panel of the 1- 809. The display indicates the current vibration level in user-specified units, velocity (ips, peak), acceleration (g’s, peak), or displacement (mils, peak-to-peak). Two programmable alarms are provided to indicate warning when trip levels have been exceeded. A start-up trip delay of thirty seconds is available to prevent false alarms during start-up situations. The 1-809 also includes a scaled 4-20 mA output for use in PLC and DCS applications.
The 1-828830 series radial axial displacement transmitters continue the successful line of vibration transmitters designed and manufactured by CEC. These single channel signal conditioners interface with proximity transducers like the 3300, 3300XL and 7200 series or probe types with similar specifications. Each unit provides a calibrated 4-20 mA output that is proportional to the radial peak to peak displacement vibration sensed by the transducer and extension system. The probe Gap and buffered dynamic signal are easily accessed via the front panel BNC. Probe failure conditions are quickly identified via the multicolored status LED and the 4-20 mA output. This unique feature allows for instant feedback of the probe system condition during installation or machine operation.
The 1-808 is designed for the industrial environment where machine monitoring is important and space is at a premium. Each 1-808 Vibration Transmitter includes a high-pass and low-pass filter and the transmitters are configured to the customer's specification at the CEC factory. By providing a calibrated 4-20 mA output signal, the 1-808 Vibration Transmitter is ideal for use with PLC's, DCS's, remote displays, or other electronic systems. One of the two key features of the transmitter is its ability to monitor the sensor and cable integrity. In the event of a sensor cable failure, the current output will drive to 2.5 mA and the green status LED will be extinguished. Another key feature consists of a buffered output connection which enables the user to connect across the vibration sensor without affecting the analog output. On-line vibration analysis and testing of the sensor is now a simple procedure.
The 6800 series machinery protection and condition monitoring system accepts from two to eight signal inputs and provides a discrete conditioned level indication for each channel. This self-contained system is ideal for monitoring multiple points on pumps, gear boxes, fans, blowers or turbinegenerator sets and protecting this machinery from the potential damages of high vibrations. Each independent channel is pre-configured to accept a velocity sensor, acceleration sensor or non-contact displacement probe. These signals are then filtered and conditioned to the desired output units for display and alarm triggering. The system includes a high-resolution full color touchscreen display as its operator interface for all programmable features including: warning and shutdown alarm setup and interaction, startup and delay functions, channel interrogation and snapshot trend display. Each alarm limit set points are clearly visible on the run mode display. Acknowledgment of alarms is made via the touchscreen or remote reset option. The standard run mode display includes individual bar graphs for each channel, indicating the current vibration levels as well as visual notification of any alarm states. While the 6800 is designed as an easy to implement standalone protection system, the optional Ethernet communication allows the user to interact with the system via a PC anywhere an internet connection is available. The 6800 series condition monitoring system is a powerful and efficient tool for protecting your valuable machinery assets.
