Chief Manufacturing specializes in the manufacture and fulfillment of custom wire point-of-purchase (POP) displays for retail, wholesale, resturanrtsfood services, educationial facilites, conveient stores, & fixture brokers and custom designers. CNC benders, formers, robotic welding & powder coating are used to fabricate and finish components out of low carbon, galvanized, and stainless steel wires and tubing. Parts can also be punched and swedged to the correct diameter before they are welded together and powder coated on-site. Chief Manufacturing can also assemble and package displays for immediate shipping or warehousing of your Wire Point of Purchase Displays. Chief Manufacturing’s CAD department can accept any file type including images and dimensions, from hand-drawn sketches and faxes of line drawings, through PDFs, to Solidworks and AutoCAD files. Chief Manufacturing’s 63, 000 square foot manufacturing facility located in the Southeast enables us to provide cost-effective and efficient shipping services to North American customers.

Chief Manufacturing owns 4 wire bending machines including (2) 3 dimensional machines capable of producing complex designs. These machines accept many kinds of wire including galvanized, stainless steel, cold and hot roll, copper, and any non-coated wire.

Chief Manufacturing owns several types of robot welders. Two of our machines are 5-axis robot welders capable of producing more complex parts. Each machine delivers clean welds with exact precision, allowing all runs regardless of quantity to produce a consistent part. Our robot welders accept flat or round steel wire. The turntable style machine offers efficient weld and load time.

Chief Manufacturing owns and operates a Wagner Powder Coating System. This 5 stage system provides a rust and chip resistant finish on any metal product and is available in a variety of colors and finishes. Depending on the use of the product receiving the powder coated finish, there are various powders available to withstand certain elements.

Chief Manufacturing owns and operates 17 injection and blow molding machines. In addition to our own product line, we also accept custom project work using customer molds with minimal quantity requirements. Our experienced staff can assist your needs from product design and mold consultation to part price, packaging, and logistics.
