Cockpit covers in conjunction with bow covers have been the protective cover of choice for years. These covers use the same Sur Last fabric that is both water resistant and UV resistant. Typically factory installed, these covers are an alternative to the mooring cover that we offer.

Our covers are custom fit to each model which provides an attractive look and minimizes billowing and buffeting while trailering. This extends the life of the cover and minimizes any marking on finished surfaces. Commercial Sewing has co-developed our fabrics with major mills and finishing factories to provide the best materials available. Our Sur Last and Army Duck fabrics provide superior UV protection to minimize fading and retain high water repellency to protect the snowmobile. We provide custom screen printing in house to enhance the look of the covers. Commercial Sewing also designs, develops and builds many accessories such as storage bags, goggle holders, knee pads and others accessories to make your snowmobile adventure even more enjoyable. These accessories are custom fit to your model and installation is quick and easy.

Outer Armor cover are strapless, custom fit trailerable covers utilizing the patented Vacu-Hold design. This system creates a pressure differential between the cover and personal watercraft (PWC) which draws the cover tight and eliminates billowing and buffeting. This increases the life of the cover and protects the paint finish on the PWC. Our covers are made from Sur Last fabric with model specific screen printing to create a cover that not only protects, but also looks good. We are the OEM provider for most of the OEM companies.

Our innovative designs provide broad coverage with ease of use. These biminis are model specific to fit the deck, tower, or arch mounted styles made of aluminum or stainless steel with similar material of plastic hardware depending on requirements. We have patented two new styles; a slide to stow for forward leaning towersarches and bi-fold to stow for rear leaning towersarches. We manufacture both a TransportShipping & Styled (finished) version of this cover. The transportshipping version is for protection during boat manufacturing & shipping to dealers for rigged boats. This separate motor cover allows the transportshipping cover for the boat to be easier to design and install. It can also be used by the consumer for off-season storage. The styled version is meant to be a finished product (accessory) that compliments the mooring cover. It protects the cowling from abuse during towing and environmental damage. Being separate from the mooring cover allows for each to be a simpler design and not dependent on each other so if a motor change were desired the mooring cover would not be affected.
