Plugs in where an SXP attenuator pad would normally go, and provides access to broadband RF signals spectrum at the SXP attenuator pad location via a cable TV type "F" connector for monitoring or injection. SXP Test Probe • Largely used as a troubleshooting and verification tool. Provides the ability to determine whether or not signal is present at a given SXP attenuator pad location. Allows measurement of the exact signal level coming into a given attenuator pad location. • Available in two versions, with input pin at A (PN CA009947) or B (PN CA009948). • Cable length: 8 inches. • Unused RF pin is left "open". • 75 Ohm impedance.

JXP style are rectangular attenuators pads with pins arranged in-line (0.125 inch ctr. - ctr. spacing). Pins are 0.038 inch diameter. • JXP style attenuators pads can be inserted in two ways (flipped 180 degrees), and provides the same performance either way. • Communication Associates Inc. typically offers 0 through 25 dB in steps of 0.5 dB. Additionally, 0.25 and 0.75 dB steps are available for JXP series up to 5.0 dB.
