Depending on the material to be ground, our experienced operators are able to hold dimensions of flat and parallel to .001 or better and thickness to +- .0005. Some of our specialized equipment and machinery are well suited to manufacturing items like large off-road engine components. This oil pan example requires thick plate to be cut, bent and welded. Our operation can readily produce high volume components like this using large burn tables able to cut on a bias and then robotically welded. Very precise work produced the most efficient way.

Custom Engineering has built unfired pressure vessels for virtually any industry; from CO2 to Nitrogen, from Air to Water. All Custom Engineering Pressure Vessels are built and tested in accordance with the A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Division I for unfired pressure vessels. Examples include: Air receiver tanks Unfired heat exchangers Evaporators Hot water storage Nitrogen storage tanks and systems Carbon dioxide tanks and systems The unfired pressure vessels we manufacture are used to contain virtually any type of gas or liquid for customers worldwide. Strict adherence to ASME guidelines, along with thorough examination and testing of the materials and welds, result in the highest quality products and long-term customer satisfaction. With state-of-the-art computer software, we can design a pressure vessel that will meet all requirements of ASME Section VIII, Division 1. ASME Section VIII also sets the standards for responsibilities, material requirements, design requirements, fabrication, non-destructive examination and testing. Custom Engineering Company ensures that we meet every requirement set by the code. The vessels bear a "U" stamp, National Board number and serial number, as required. A copy of the A.S.M.E. date sheet U1-A, signed by an A.S.M.E. authorized inspector, will be provided, if requested at time of order.
