Custom Poly Packaging manufactures custom printed reclosable zipper bags in various sizes and to custom specifications. We use standard press-and-seal low density polyethylene (LDPE) zipper profiles. The bags can be manufactured with custom printing and custom bag specifications. Customizing zipper bags by adding the special features you need is what we do every day. If you are packaging a product in a zipper bag for retail sale, you may want to consider a tamper-evident zipper closure bag. Tamper-evident zipper bags have a tear-away perforation above the zipper profile and are loaded from the bottom and heat sealed. Once filled and sealed, the tamper-evident zipper bag gives the consumer confidence that your product has not been tampered with while providing the consumer the convenience of a reclosable package once it has been opened. We can make your zipper bag with hang holes, vents and even die cut handles. We will work with your company to determine the right poly bag for your application.
