IDEAL FOR DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENTS

Transmitting at a frequency of 78 GHz with a narrow beam angle of 4 degrees, the F78MP Series air radar level device is consistent and accurate in difficult environments.

OPTIMAL POSITIONING

To receive the best results, a directional (5 degrees), or aiming flange (10 degrees) is offered on the F78MP Series air radar, which allows the unit to be directed specifically at the desired location within the vessel. A flat flange is also available.

Eliminates the need for cables and conduit connections between sensors and data collection devices. Standard InvisiLink radio communicates via RS-422 or RS-485 protocols. The 4-20mA converter from Bindicator can be used to allow wireless communications with 4-20mA sensors.

Configurable for a number of sensors, relays, point level inputs, current loops and PLC interfaces, the SonoTracker is a non-contact level sensor that can be used for solid or liquid level measurement, open channel flow and differential level measurement.

CAPACITANCE PROBE WITH A 4-20MA OUTPUT

Cap Level offers continuous level measurement with features like selectable dampening for stability where severe agitation is present and span adjustments to make calibration easier.

Dual line display, multi-purpose meter that can be configured to display unique settings and requirements; including setting decimal places, units, 4-20mA span, relay actions, etc

ISOLATED 24 VDC TRANSMITTER POWER SUPPLY

Allows a 2-wire level sensor, such as the Bindicator TDR-2000 guided wave radar, to be powered and have an additional data display at the silo or at another location.

The Bindicator YoYo is a weight and cable sensor specifically designed for managing dry bulk solids inventory; it is a continuous level measurement bin level sensor.

LOW PRESSURE AERATOR

By introducing low pressure air into dry material the material can flow easier in hoppers or chutes with a bin aerator; available with cotton or fiberglass diffuser. Bindicator experts can help design a complete aeration solution.

NON-CLOGGING DIFFUSERS & INTEGRAL ORIFICE

The aerator diffuser provides equal distribution of air and will not clog with even the finest materials. The orifice is able to control the air consumption at any recommended pressure.

VISUAL INDICATORS

LED lights indicate when the Flo-Guard bin level switch is powered on and when it goes into alarm. A test FOB can also be used with the indicator lights to evaluate the system's operation, without removing the switch's cover.

REMOTE OPTIONS AVAILABLE

For ground level access, high vibration areas or high temperature applications bulk level measurement.
