AXIS A4010-E Reader without Keypad is a joint cooperation between Axis and ASSA Abloy designed to perfectly match AXIS A1001 Network Door Controller. The cost-efficient reader has no keypad and its small form factor enables easy placement. Two LED symbols give clearly visible feedback. The reader supports touch-free entry with most entry card formats, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. IP65 classification makes it ready for harsh environments

AXIS A4011-E Reader is a touch-free reader with keypad. It is intended for both indoor and outdoor use, supports most smart card formats and is designed to perfectly match AXIS A1001 Network Door Controller.

The media converter switch can be connected in a daisy chain network. The maximum number of cameras that can be connected in the daisy chain depends on the generated bit rate per camera. The limitations are the 100 Mbit link between camera and media converter switch, and the 1000 Mbit link between the media converter switches. AXIS T8604 does not feature IGMP Snooping. For long distance connections Fiber optic connections are typically used in city surveillance, airports and other long distance installations, where lighting strikes are a threat or great connection distances are required. Surveillance integrators in the field can also connect installation monitors and laptops to AXIS T8604 for camera maintenance and control. Easy conversion and installation The media converter switch is compatible with all Axis network video products. An Axis cameraencoder connects to AXIS T8604 via RJ-45, and the two SFP slots give installers the flexibility to connect the cameras cost-effectively to the network over long distances. The RJ-45 connectors can also be used for connection to complementary cameras or temporarily to a laptop to service the system locally.

Traditional proprietary systems mean limited options, central servers with complex and expensive cabling, as well as restricted possibilities for integration and scalability. AXIS A1001 has an open interface that enables integration of video, intrusion detection and other systems. With AXIS A1001, there’s finally an open and future-flexible alternative for physical access control.

AXIS T91D67 Pole Mount is designed for all Axis fixed dome cameras compatible with 1.5” NPS threaded Axis pendant kits.
