Monorail Machines are typically used in situations requiring high throughput than spinner hangers. These systems use an overhead monorail conveyor and are ideal for moving heavier parts or castings. The parts move through the blast chamber powered by a power and free or self-driving chain conveyor.

DURR - The EcoCBase W3 system can be used for a vairety of part cleaning applications. Easy to retrofit options make it possible to cover a broad range of cleaning requirements, from the single-stage basic version for simple washing tasks via a two-stage "wash and rinse" intermediate cleaning configuration or a demanding "wash-rinse-preserve" final system. Energy efficient drying with up to 50% energy savings, full drying even after cold wash(35 degree C), improved flooding method allows the use for powerful immersion cleaners, small footprint of basic module (2000 x 1600 mm). The system can be used for part preservation.

Zeniths MBT Automation System is simply the most reliable and consistent automation system available anywhere. This system not only consistently and accurately transfers baskets through multi-stage cleanrinsedry systems, but also adds features which can't be added to pick & place automation systems. Most pick & place automation systems, such as the Transtar Automation System, moves baskets from tank to tank by lifting them, transferring them, and lowering them into each process tank. Although these systems are highly accurate methods of transferring baskets, they can't easily be modified to add continuous or intermittent oscillation, and are subject to crashes when the systems are not properly maintained. In fact, competitive automation systems crash so often that many are now equipped with Crash Sensors which detect basket crashes and halt operations before damage to the system occurs.

Spinner Hanger machines are designed to clean parts hanging from an overhead conveyor and used for castings or large parts that cannot be tumbled. We offer various designs including flow-through, Y-track, continuous or in-line blast designs.
