We have 3 basic configurations to meet your requirements

Universal or Trim to Fit Doors are supplied with rollers and hinges attached to one side of the door only. The other side of the door can be cut to the width required. Top panels can also be cut to the required height. All remaining Hardware is supplied for application to cut door edges.

Ordering Universal Doors allows doors to be held in inventory to match any replacement door requirement for your customer or fleet.

Trailers and truck bodies can be converted from Swing Doors to Roll-Up Doors. Diamond manufactures a Conversion Kit consisting 2" x 2 12" mild steel Side Posts and a mild steel Header (7" or 9").

The Side Posts and Header are welded into position (refer Conversion Kit Installation Instructions). Satisfactory installation produces sufficient structure, side room and head room to mount a Roll-Up Door.

Each panel of the Diamond Master Door is a single aluminum extrusion which interlocks with adjoining panels. This produces a tight fit hinging arrangement and provides excellent weather sealing properties. Unlike Wood roll up doors there are no hinges and associated fasteners thereby limiting operational and maintenance issues.

Being made of Aluminum the Diamond Master Door is light weight to operate and also reduces vehicle gas consumption - but they're tough. The doors are not influenced by moisture therefore no warping, swelling or loss of integrity over time.

For added strength and insulation Aluminum Backing Sections can be attached to the Panels.

A large variety of Curtain materials including aluminium, polycarbonate and steel slat profiles. We also manufacture Rolling Grilles using all aluminum construction or a combination of aluminum and nylon.
Slat profiles including single skin or box section designs and with a variety of pitch dimensions and aluminum thicknesses.
A variety of product and operational configurations including Roller Assisted (Counterbalanced) doors, Sliding Doors (No Counterbalance) and Electric Tube Motor operation.

DIAMOND LUBE
Designed as a Penetrant, Lubricant, Demoisturant, and Protectant. Non-chlorinated and non-flammable. Never dries and displaces water.

Penetrates through rust and scale to loosen parts which have been frozen by corrosion.

Lubricates parts to ensure free and easy movement.

Demoisturizes and creates a waterproof film that dries out electrical equipment, inhibits corrosion, and prevents electrical discharge.

Protects and creates a non-drying film that seals parts against atmospheric and mild chemical corrosion.

Diamond custom designs and manufactures its roll up door products to suit customer requirements. This ensures a personalized service and high quality fit for purpose product.

CNC machining of wood panels ensures accurate alignment of hinges and door hardware and eliminates gaps between panels for reliable trouble free operation.

The Diamond 34" Dry Freight Door has the following features and options:

Custom made doors from 30" TO 98 14" wide by 48" x 120" high.
CNC machining of door panels to ensure short lead times for manufacturing and precision location of hardware and machining of joints. Nobody in the industry provides this level of computer aided manufacturing.
Premium grade 7ply MDO plywood.
Supplied in primed or pre-painted finishes.
Available with 1" and 2" Track and Roller options.
Single Spring or Dual Spring Counterbalances.
Standard top, side and bottom seals with Dual Durometer or Brush Side Seal options.
Galvanized mild steel rivets and bolts for fitting of hardware is standard. Stainless steel fasteners can be provided as an option.
Galvanized steel cables are standard. Stainless steel cables can be provided as an option.
Custom track and mounting systems available.
Wide variety of adjustable locking systems.

Wood Bottom Panels are often damaged by forklifts, freight movement, by handling errors, or other accidents.

Evolution Door Panels are far more durable and robust and are a better option for Bottom Panels.

Now you can stop the replacement cycle with Diamond's Combination Panel Kits. Made of the same quality composite material as the Diamond Evolution doors, these panels have been designed to work as a replacement panel on a Wood door. These panels will work with the standard 34" Dry Freight doors supplied throughout the industry.

Combination Panel Kits are available in two convenient configurations which contain all of the parts that are required for you panel replacements:

COMKIT-1000
Kit includes Evolution Bottom Panel only with all hardware attached. Hinges, supports and rivets shipped loose. Customer to specify dimensions.
COMKIT-1002
Kit includes Evolution first Intermediate and Bottom Panel with all hardware attached. Hinges, supports and rivets shipped loose. Customer to specify dimensions.
Panels can be provided in White or Grey finish.
